Terms & Conditions

Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using BITCAST, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BITCAST.
Storage of your information
By using BITCAST, you agree to let us store your information, including third-party company credentials (such as your Twilio and Cloudflare account details), on secure cloud servers provisioned by Vercel Inc. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored and are used only to operate the service on your behalf. We never sell, monetize, or otherwise distribute your information, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and payment
BITCAST offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or yearly. A new Pro subscription starts with a free trial, offered once per account; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings › Plan & Billing. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and payments already made are not refunded.
If your subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, but broadcasts reach phone callers only, the embeddable web player stops playing, only your default phone line answers calls, and only your newest recordings, up to the Free limit, are offered to callers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by BITCAST or by Vercel.
Your accounts with other services
BITCAST connects to accounts you hold with third parties, such as Twilio and Cloudflare. You are responsible for those accounts, for following their terms, for any charges they bill you, and for keeping the credentials you give BITCAST current. Keep your BITCAST sign-in details secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication or a passkey.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you broadcast, record and upload. You give BITCAST permission to store, process and play that content only so we can deliver it to your listeners and callers. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to broadcast and distribute it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use BITCAST to:
- broadcast or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing or abusive content;
- place calls or send content that breaks telecommunications or consumer-protection laws;
- interfere with, probe or overload the service, or access other users’ data.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Service availability and liability
BITCAST is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It depends on third-party services, including Vercel, Twilio and Cloudflare, that are outside our control, and we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BITCAST and Eduardo Studios are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using BITCAST at any time and can request that your account be deleted through the Support form.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use BITCAST after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent through the Support form.
